Correction, Erasure, and/or Destruction of Data
As Peacom customers, you have a right to know what your Personal Data in our record. You also have the right and obligation to complete, update, and/or correct errors and/or inaccuracies in your Personal Data by writing Peacom . Peacom will ensure that Peacom will process your request for no later than 3x24 hours from the time that Peacom receives your complete request.

not related to the settlement of the legal process of a case; and/or

Retention Period
Peacom will retain your Personal Data for at least 5 (five) years or as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected for, unless Peacom has received a written request from you for the deletion or destruction of your Personal Data, or other applicable cause of deletion and/or destruction occurs.
Withdrawal of Consent
